Site not loading in IE11

When I go to:

Vue2.0 parent component cannot listen to $emit event in child component by $on

Here is the code.Is there anything wrong?I used $on to listen to event $emit by child component, but it doesn’t work.It works if I use v-on:increment on the <button-counter> I have found the answer,vm.$on can only listen event $emit by itself. I have to use v-on,if I want to listen to event $emit by child component

Using IE11, which is the only option I get at work, these script errors occur:

‘require’ is undefined
‘ember’ is undefined

Actually this seems to happen on any page in forum.vuejs.org, but I might have more restrictive settings than most.

Just feedback that might help out the vue.js community, I can pull it up on my phone if I have to. It would be easier if IE11 worked, but probably 80% of humanity’s effort in building websites has already gone into working around IE, so if you choose to ignore it I completely understand.

MAybe he has a restrictive firewall which blocks CDNs? I see at least NetDNA-SSL.
