Enable JS

Hello! I’ve just started to study Vue CLI. It’s very difficult and I can’t understand some things… I follow the guide trying to make a project, vue create hello-world and at the end I get a mistake in my index.html:

We're sorry but <%= htmlWebpackPlugin.options.title %> doesn't work properly without JavaScript enabled. Please enable it to continue.
What's the problem in? How to enable JS and WHERE I have to enable it?

You will see this message in your browser if your browser has JD disabled => you have to enable it in your browser. If your browser has JS enabled you will not see it because it is wrapped with <noscript>.

Ah! Is this message only for testing if JS is enabled? And if I don’t see it in my browser, that means it’s ok and all I have to do is to delete it from my index.html?

Leave it in your code because if some user uses your app with JS disabled, the message will help them.
