CSS script doesn't work with .vue

I’ve a following script from my example.vue. This script renders nothing in chrom, but same script works in .html. So seems my .vue doesn’t supported css. Any idea what probably i missed ?

<template>
  <div>
    <form class="user">
    <div class="form-group">

      <input type="text" class="form-control" id="exampleInputFirstName" placeholder="Enter Your
       Full Name" v-model="form.name">
      </div>
      </form>
   </div>

  </template>

Why ? I did not call h1 tag in my script

The first step would be to confirm if styles are being loaded at all. Are they being injected into the DOM? What’s your environment? What’s your directory structure? Are you using Vue CLI? Are you importing your CSS or are you loading it in index?

Sorry to admin its bit long, I quited Rail & just start learning passionately Vuejs. I work on Laravel + Vue. In Vuejs I work on Router-View & didn’t get on Vue CLI. For quick reference I copy hereunder my app.js, route.js. in app.js I define router which bring login.vue in Welcome.blade.php (Ruang admin template). Everything works well except which doesn’t bring into the welcome.blade.php, although buttons & other css components are perfectly getting into the main template. Unable to find where error lies.

app.js

require('./bootstrap');
import Vue from 'vue'
import VueRouter from 'vue-router'
Vue.use(VueRouter)

import {routes} from './routes';

const router = new VueRouter({
routes, // short for routes
mode : 'history'
})

routes.js

let login = require('./components/auth/login.vue').default;
let register = require('./components/auth/register.vue').default;

export const routes = [
{path:'/', component: login, name:'/'},
{path:'/register', component: register, name: 'register'}

const app = new Vue({
el: '#app',
router
});

Thanks for the information. I haven’t worked with Laravel for awhile (and depending how you installed it, manually or via the CLI), but you may need to configure it to handle processing your CSS. Have you gone through the frontend intro guide?

Yes I went across frontend intro guide, I reinstalled over n over. I feel stuck in dark
