Can't Get Source Maps To Generate

vue/cli 5.0.4
vue 3.2.13

I cannot get source maps to generate, or at least I don’t see them for debugging. I’ve tried all I can find online but no luck. Created new project from cli - set configureWebpack: { devtool: ‘source-map’ }. Ran npm run serve. Devtools in msEdge does not show source (neither does it show in chrome). Any help/suggestions are much appreciated:
