Asset size limit warning

After creating a new project (vue create test), I included Vuetify (vue add vuetify). Now when I run npm run build I get warnings about my asset size limit:

warning

asset size limit: The following asset(s) exceed the recommended size limit (244 KiB).
This can impact web performance.
Assets:
js/chunk-vendors.37a81e16.js (244 KiB)

warning

entrypoint size limit: The following entrypoint(s) combined asset size exceeds the recommended limit (244 KiB). This can impact web performance.
Entrypoints:
app (387 KiB)
css/chunk-vendors.c85c1604.css
js/chunk-vendors.37a81e16.js
css/app.1070c796.css
js/app.daf1f860.js

File Size Gzipped

dist/js/chunk-vendors.37a81e16.js 244.20 kb 80.45 kb
dist/js/app.daf1f860.js 8.79 kb 3.35 kb
dist/service-worker.js 0.94 kb 0.54 kb
dist/precache-manifest.0487745a2a4c70d 0.72 kb 0.30 kb

dist/js/about.08965d0f.js 0.47 kb 0.33 kb

dist/css/app.1070c796.css 0.42 kb 0.26 kb

Is there a way to specify in a configuration to split out the bundled files? Or increase the 244 warning size?

Thanks!

The warning is issued on the vendors pack, i.e. vue.js code itself. How to adjust the warning threshold of 244K?

== EDIT ==

Fixed :slight_smile:

vue.config.js:

module.exports = {
  chainWebpack: config => {
    config.performance
      .maxEntrypointSize(400000)
      .maxAssetSize(400000)
  }
}
